Today we want to tell you about a very useful and interesting event that took place on Thursday and Friday, January 25-26, 2024.
The company's management prepared and conducted a very useful planned event - a strategic session.
A strategic session is a meeting of senior management and key employees where important decisions for the further development of the company are made.
The formed company development strategy provides an understanding of the vector of movement until the end of 2024.
Following the session:
Each participant was convinced that the PTC company continues to occupy a leading position in the Primorye market in its segment, and is the largest player in the confectionery market. WE HAVE NO COMPETITORS. There are small players that we must and can displace! This is benchmarking data!
Each participant realized that the best solutions are found when working in a team - colleagues from a related department see the picture from their side, supplement it with new solutions and approaches.
We achieved a unified vision of development prospects - all participants were distracted from daily operational tasks, switched to common goals and saw how their own results and those of a single team influence the activities of the entire company.
We identified additional opportunities for implementing the company’s development plans – in teamwork, in a brainstorming mode, we “threw out” ideas, discussed them +/- and formed a unified plan for achieving goals.
We assessed the team’s skills: we saw areas for development and outlined training plans.
Next, you and I, together – each at our own level – will have to detail the plans for the strategic session and the steps for their implementation for the year – and move towards new horizons!
